MORE DETAILS on this cooperator's testimony and how Federal Judge Mark Pittman shut down her testimony in open court of horrific constititional violations at Texas' Johnson County Jail.

Lynette Sharp, testifying for the prosecution, went rogue on the stand, blurting out the truth about the state's abuse, medical neglect and torture that led to her signing a full-of-lies document of "Stipulated Facts" written for her by the government.

But Judge Mark Pittman came to the government's rescue and SHUT HER DOWN. He ordered the jury to leave the courtroom and yelled at Lynette's attorney, Erin Kelley, who was seated with the spectators in the gallery, to basically come and shut her blabbing client up. As far as the government is concerned, you can't tell the truth in court, you can only say what they tell you to say.

Lynette Sharp, a Prairieland "cooperating defendant" who was supposed to be testifying for the prosecution, went rogue on the stand by blurting out the truth about the state's abuse, medical neglect and torture that led to her signing a document of "Stipulated Facts" written for her by the government.

While we do not support cooperators, we do support exposing the truth of illegal medical neglect, abuse and torture of a woman pushing 60. A woman with multiple illnesses requiring nine daily medications that were withheld by Johnson County Jail to the point where she thought she would die there. Medical neglect, abuse and torture which succeeded in getting her to sign a plea agreement that included "Stipulated Facts" written for her by the government and containing lies to support the government's false narrative. What Happened on the Fourth of July 2025

A Protest Attacked.

Political Rights Eliminated.

Collective Punishment. Guilt by Association. Torture.

Twenty-one U.S. citizens and one permanent resident have been held after mass arrests with little to no evidence. In a trial of 9 victims, fireworks and legal firearms were used as an excuse for hundreds of years of false charges. Government witnesses reported solitary confinement, political persecution, and torture on the stand. This case has been called "The End of the First Amendment," the original inspiration for the attacks on Renee Nicole Good and Alex Pretti, and the origin of the phenomenon "they are calling everyone a Domestic Terrorist now. The precedent set by this travesty of a case will thwart justice itself for the foreseeable future. The Trump administration is using their false version of what happened on July 4th 2025 at Prairieland to criminalize dissent and subvert constitutional rights.
